Welcome cookie hunter
From Cookiepedia
Cookiepedia is an open source project to build a free, crowd-sourced knowledge base that categorises cookies, the domains that use them and what they're doing on your machine.
We are currently in Beta and seeking editors and contributors with knowledge about cookies, privacy and your rights under EU law. Please email us here charlotte.haeger@cookielaw.org to become an editor.
How to use the Cookiepedia
Use the search box on the top left of the menu to input the name of a cookie or a domain to view that record. We are categorising cookies as by their functional role (user sessions, analytics, advert targeting etc.), their lifespan on your computer, whether they upload information to 3rd party domains Our database includes 500,000 cookies and domains and is growing daily. The links in the menu contain top line definitions and summaries about cookies, EU privacy regulations relating to cookies and companies creating solutions for cookie compliance. All the information here is free for your personal or commercial use, just insure you credit Cookiepedia as the source when using data from this website.
How is the data gathered?
The majority of cookie data in the site has been supplied by The Cookie Collective http://www.cookielaw.org, a compliance software company that currently administers the Cookiepedia project. The Cookie Collective has chosen to make all the data it has compiled on cookies through it's freeware 'Cookie Collector' http://www.cookielaw.org/the-cookie-collector.aspx publicly accessible. We will gratefully include data from any reliable source and our goal is to make the Cookiepedia a crowd-sourced, community driven site for anyone interested in cookies, transparency and privacy relating to cookies and ad targeting.

Cookies are a part of everyone's internet experience, but few
people really know anything about them. For the sake of better
